Kenneth Howard

President, CEO

Born and raised in the suburban Philadelphia region, Ken began his career in the Washington, D.C. areas after attending the University of Maryland.  A U.S.P.T.A. Pro for over 35 years, Ken was hired as the Director of tennis operations and head professional at Manor Country Club in Rockville, MD in 1984 until 2015.  Responsible for hiring and training of all pro shop and maintenance personnel as well as teaching staff , Ken's list of successful accomplishments have garnered him numerous awards.  During that time, Ken was responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of tennis operations including facility maintenance, accounting and contract negotiations.  Since then Ken has relocated to Sarasota, FL where he served as the tennis concierge at the prestigious Longboat Key Club and owns the U.P.S. Store.

     An experienced businessman with an attention to detail, Ken was an owner and partner in the Four Seasons Sports Complex in Westminster, MD.  As one of the East coast's most prominent sports facilities, Four Seasons boasts over 60,000 square feet under roof set on 19 scenic acres in western MD.

     In 2015 Ken was a founding member of Environmental Disinfecting Solutions LLC.  As President and CEO, Ken oversees the company's strategic vision and development plans.

Mark Howard

COO, Managing Partner

Born and raised in Delaware County, PA, Mark is an award winning sales and marketing professional with over 25 years of experience in a variety of fields.  During his college years, he worked in an oil refinery, giving him his first experience in the industry.  Mark's experience includes work on the Trans-Continental gas pipeline and other OSHA compliant projects.  After college, he began his sales career with Warner-Lambert, a prominent pharmaceutical company based in Morris Plains, NJ (now Pfizer).  After 10 years as one of their top representatives, Mark accepted a regional sales position with a medical equipment supplier based in Philadelphia.  Later he was a top producer for French utility and telecom giant, Framatome Corporation.

     An organized planner with the ability to develop and implement solutions to his clients' problems, Mark is committed to building long-term relationships through serving his customers needs.  His dedication to world-class service has earned him numerous national sales awards.  In 2015 Mark was a founding member of EDS LLC.  As C.O.O. he oversees operations, sales and marketing, capital projects and the implementation of the company's development initiatives.

Robin Howard

Executive Vice-President

Originally a Michigan native, Robin spent most of her adult life in Maryland.  In 2015 she became a resident of Sarasota, FL.  Robin began her career in the healthcare/medical field as a radiologic technologist.  She continued her career as a supervisor in a prominent pulmonary office in a suburb outside Washington, D.C.  With an extensive career in the health care industry, Robin witnessed first-hand the dangers inherent in an unhealthy environment.  With her passion for serving the healthcare community, combined with her love of raising her four children, Robin is uniquely suited to champion EDS's efforts to make the world a healthier place, one customer at a time.

     As executive V.P. of business development, Robin will grow and manage government accounts and drive efforts in developing strategic corporate partnerships.
